Hello & Welcome to The Playbook! As the workforce is ever-evolving, so do the new technologies and work culture that the younger generation of employees brings forth. Therefore, we as trainers need to stay abreast of new techniques and trends along with our Foundational knowledge & experience to address & skill our Talent. We have put together a curated list of learning programs across 2 learning Journeys designed especially for you – Rookie and Starter! We recommend all Trainers/Sr Trainers to go through the courses in the Rookie Track. Leads & Managers should start with the Rookie courses & then complete the courses for Starter. Happy Learning!
